What do you put on a charcuterie board for Easter?

You can make your snack board as simple or as intricate as you want. The most important thing to remember about charcuterie boards is to make them look full.

So, start out with a pretty cutting board or serving tray. Spread out the veggies, cheese, and crackers.

Then, fill up some tiny ramekins with as many different kinds of dip as you want.

You’ll also need some toothpicks so people can grab the cheese and veggies.

You don’t have to make one massive charcuterie board. Instead, make smaller plates with individual charcuterie boards that are enough for one person.

Use small serving trays for this and then each person can have their own personal snack board!

Ingredients to make an Easter Charcuterie Board:

When it comes to making a snack board for Easter, think of the colors of the season. Spring and Easter are all about rebirth and new life, so incorporate some bright green veggies!

That’s why I used as many green veggies as I could find. Fresh green snap peas, broccoli florets, and cucumbers.

Then, balance out the veggies with some savory and high-protein nuts and cheese.

The centerpiece for this Easter charcuterie board is the cheese bunny. I used Babybel cheese wheels to make the bunny (and I’ll share each step further in the post).

Then, add your favorite types of cheese. This is the perfect time to browse the exotic cheese section of the grocery store. Pick out some new types of cheese and set them out.

Fill in the gaps with a few different types of crackers and your favorite types of mixed nuts.

Finally, don’t forget about the dips! I used just one kind of dip for the veggies. But feel free to use different types and offer different choices.

Equipment

  • Serving Tray
  • Ramekins
  • Sharp Knife

Ingredients

  • 1.5 Cups Yogurt Ranch Dip
  • 3 Mini Cucumbers sliced
  • 12 Sugar Snap Peas
  • 2 cups Broccoli florets

  • Cut toothpicks in half and place the pointy side into the Baby Bell cheese. Slowly push the cheddar bunny ears onto the toothpick
  • Arrange the board by placing the dip in the center and filling in with the crackers, veggies and cheeses based on the size and shape of your board.
