Refreshing Lemon Mojito Recipe

This refreshingly zesty lemon mojito is the perfect drink for summer parties (or when you want it to feel like summer). It stands out from other Mojito Recipes because it’s so simple.

Less really is more – especially when it comes to mixed drinks! There are just five little ingredients in this bubbly, minty drink. It tastes like summer, especially with the flavors of rum!

This summery drink tastes like a cross between a lemonade and a mojito. It’s incredibly refreshing, with the bright aroma of fresh mint leaves.

In fact, you don’t have to wait until summer to make a lemon mojito!

Make a glass when you are craving a beach vacation. It will help you unwind and mentally transport you to a beach with hot sand and miniature umbrellas.

Can I Make This A Moctail Lemon Mojito?

These lemon mojitos can be made without alcohol. You can enjoy as many glasses as you want!

This is also the perfect drink to make your kids or teens when they want something fun to drink.

And since it’s made without alcohol, a lemon mojito is the perfect thing to serve at brunch, a baby shower, or a bridal shower.

It looks like a fancy cocktail. But it tastes like a minty lemonade.

Both kids and adults will love how this drink tastes.

And it’s the perfect thing to make for parties where you aren’t sure if everyone drinks alcohol or not.

Club Soda or Sparkling Water In Mojitos?

The recipe for this lemon mojito calls for soda water. So, you can choose to use either seltzer water or club soda.

Tonic water has a bitter taste, so I prefer to stay away from it when I’m making something that is supposed to taste sweet.

For a simple lemon mojito, I suggest using club soda. It’s mild, with almost no taste. It just adds some refreshing bubbles to the drink!

What Is A Mojito?

A classic mojito is made with just five ingredients: white rum, sugar, lime juice, soda water, and mint.

It’s known as an “island drink” because the lime reminds people of the sand and sunshine.

There are a bunch of different variations on a classic mojito – including making it with lemons instead of limes, and leaving out the alcohol.

You will love how the lemons brighten up the soda water and the round out the sweetness from the sugar.

You might just love it so much that you’ll make up excuses to make a glass.
