Equipment
- 1 Mason Jar With Lid
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups Water
- 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
- Juice from Half a Lemon
- 1/4 tsp Raw Honey or Agave Syrup
Instructions
- Fill a glass jar with a lid with drinking water.
- Add chia seeds to the water.
- Add juice from half of a lemon and 1/4 teaspoon of raw honey or agave nectar.
- Place the lid on the jar and shake well. Let sit for 10 minutes
- Shake again and drink
