Lemon Chia Water Tips

Yes, this recipe is as simple as just adding everything to a glass, shaking it, and drinking it! But there are a few tips that will help it turn out perfectly every single time.

Use Organic Chia Seeds

This is entirely up to you, but organic chia seeds will have less pesticide residue. I prefer to buy organic chia seeds in bulk and use them in lots of other recipes (Iike adding them to my smoothies!).

Use A Mason Jar With A Lid

This is a very important tip! You’ll need to shake the water to make sure it mixes up really well. Putting everything in a mason jar with a lid makes it really easy to shake it up before you drink it.

Chia Seeds In Water

Let the chia seeds set to absorb the water.

Waiting for the chia seeds to set is tough – you’ll want to drink it right away! But if you let it set, the chia seeds will soften and become easier to drink. Trust me, letting them set makes all the difference in how the drink tastes.
