Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Water
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • Juice from Half a Lemon
  • 1/4 tsp Raw Honey or Agave Syrup

Instructions

  • Fill a glass jar with a lid with drinking water.
  • Add chia seeds to the water.
  • Add juice from half of a lemon and 1/4 teaspoon of raw honey or agave nectar.
  • Place the lid on the jar and shake well. Let sit for 10 minutes
  • Shake again and drink
