Candied Pecans Recipe
There is something about Candied Pecans. The aroma alone makes them hard to resist! Do you have one of those kiosks at the mall that sells the candied pecans and other nuts? The aroma draws you in and you can’t help but buy them! The combination of the sweet sugar, cinnamon and crunch of the pecans makes them a great snack. And there is no eating just one…ha ha!

They are also delicious in salads and side dishes. One of my favorite salads that I make with candied pecans is so simple. Chopped romaine lettuce, dried cranberries, feta cheese and candied pecans. Toss with this Brianna’s Blush Wine Vinaigrette salad dressing and you have a tasty simple salad!
I also love them in a brussels sprouts side dish. The sweet of the nut helps neutralize the bitterness of the brussels sprouts. Trust me…this is a great combination!
