Ingredients

Feel free to use my dessert board as inspiration. Make as many changes as you want to!

Since this is a rich and sweet board, add your favorite chocolate, graham cracker, and marshmallow-based treats to the board.

Here’s a short list of what I used to make my s’mores charcuterie board, along with some notes about them.

  • Marshmallow Large Squares – mini toasted marshmallows look and taste like a fire-roasted s’more.
  • Marshmallow Large Round – These are perfect for grabbing and munching.
  • Caramel – These little sweets are a favorite with anyone who has a sweet tooth.
  • Nutella – A hazelnut spread is the perfect dip for cookies and graham crackers.
  • Strawberries – Slice them and people can dip them into the chocolate.
  • Graham Crackers – This is a natural thing to add to a s’mores board.
  • Cinnamon Graham Crackers – Mix up the flavors with some cinnamon graham crackers.
  • Shortbread Cookies – These crispy cookies are perfect for dipping.
  • Pirouette – The long, oval cookies add shape and direction to the board.
  • Chocolate Fudge Cookies – These cookies taste like s’mores without the marshmallows.
  • Fudge Stripe Cookies – They are the perfect combination of shortbread cookies and chocolate.
  • Mini Brownies – For everyone who loves chocolate, you can’t go wrong with brownie bites.
  • Chocolate Bars – They are a natural s’mores ingredient, so add them to the board.
  • Cookie’s N Cream Bars – They taste like creamy chocolate bars and will add variety.
  • Peanut Butter Cups – The nutty flavors in the cups add visual and flavor interest.
  • White Chocolate Truffles – The bite-sized desserts look and taste amazing.
  • Toasted Coconut – Use them to fill in any empty spots on the board.

One look at this list of ingredients and you might not know what else to add to the tray!

Are chocolate chip cookies your favorite kind? Then add them to the board. Make it your own.

Where To Buy Supplies

Look around your kitchen and use what you have. I’ll share what I used in my charcuterie board (along with links for you to buy them).

First, you’ll need a tray or cutting board. One that is at least 12 inches wide will be the best size.

Next, you’ll need glass ramekins for the chocolate dip and the Nutella spread. Optionally, add some mini spoons for serving the dip.

Finally, add some toothpicks to the table. This will allow everyone to serve themselves.
