Fruit Red White and Blue Popsicles

Three simple ingredients make this a healthy popsicle you will want to give to the kids.

INGREDIENTS:

Watermelon

Lemonade {Simply Lemonade is my favorite}

Blueberries

SUPPLIES:

Popsicle Mold

Star cookie cutter Set – this is nice because you get a variety of sizes to make sure you get a star size that fits the popsicle mold

Popsicle Sticks

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Cut the watermelon about 1/2 inch thick slices.
  2. Then use the star cookie cutter to cut the stars.
  3. Take a popsicle stick and place it into the center of the bottom of the star, then place it into the popsicle mold about halfway into the mold. The star helps to hold the stick in place in the mold.
  4. Slowly pour the lemonade into the container making sure it flows to the bottom of the popsicle form, then top off with the blueberries.
  5. Freeze and serve…so simple! Don’t you just love them!

Make them ahead of time for your 4th of July celebration…Memorial Day and Labor Day too!
