Step-By-Step Pictures

The entire tutorial is in the printable craft card at the bottom of this post. First, I have some photos of each step, so you can see how I made these cute popsicle stick pumpkins.

Glue The Sticks Together

First, line up the craft sticks side by side. Then, glue another craft stick horizontally across the back of them. This will secure them together.

Paint The Pumpkins

Next, paint the craft sticks in various shades of orange. This is the perfect step for little ones to do!

Glue Jack O Lantern Face

Print out the Jack O Lantern template. Cut each piece out of the paper, lay it on top of the black felt and cut each piece out.

Once you have all pieces cut out, hot glue them to the pumpkins. You might have to help your kids with this part.

Attach Pumpkin Stems

Cut some popsicle sticks in half and paint them brown. This will be the pumpkin stem. After the paint is dry, hot glue the stem to the top of the pumpkin.

Make Pipe Cleaner Vines

Since all pumpkins grow on vines, use a pipe cleaner to look like the curly vines. Twist a piece of green pipe cleaner around a pencil, then glue it to the top of the popsicle stick pumpkins.
