Three simple ingredients make this a healthy popsicle you will want to give to the kids.

INGREDIENTS: Watermelon, Lemonade and blueberries.

You will also need a plastic popsicle maker, small star cookie cutter and small popsicle sticks.

Cut the watermelon in thin slices about 1/2 inch thick. Then use the star cookie cutter to cut the stars. Take a popsicle stick and place it into the center of the bottom of the star, then place it into the popsicle form. The star helps to hold the stick in straight. Slowly pour the lemonade into the container making sure it flows to the bottom of the popsicle form, then top off with the blueberries. Freeze and serve…so simple! Don’t you just love them?!
