  2. My favorite zero point item from TJ’s is the Smoky Peach Salsa! Elevates any dish, I like to mix it in with black beans and chicken breast for a sweet smoky boost of flavor!

    1. I agree. I love this tasty peach salsa. I put it over grilled or baked chicken. Going to try mixing it with greek yogurt also.

    2. I don’t remember the point value but my first time thru WW in 2017/2018 the light kettle corn was doable points! And great when craving salty/sweet!

  3. Hi-have you heard about “smart buns”? It’s a bun like a hamburger bun with only 1smart point. Kept frozen then you thaw them as needed. Wish Trader Joe’s carried those. You can only get them on line as far as I know.

  4. Hi Susan!
This is such a great help. TJ’s is my go to store and I signed up for WW yesterday for the 1st time since 1997. It’s changed around and I’m getting used to it. Love the app!
    I was looking online for a list of their products by points, categories of 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, etc…
Not sure if you have one or have seen one but I’ll probably started working on spreadsheet where it’s set up this way.
Thank you for your website! It’s fantastic.
    All the best,
    Renee

    1. Hi Renee! I have been thinking of creating a printable for this list but haven’t done it yet…maybe you will be the one to get me to do it! I love the app too! Makes it so easy. Best of luck on your journey!

  5. Thanks so much for this WW list as Trader Joe’s is one of my favorite places to shop and I’m currently on the purple plan for WW. I went on WW about 6 weeks ago after being diagnosed with pre-diabetes and my hyperlipidemia wasn’t good as I have to get my bad cholesterol down. Thanks again ??

  6. Thanks for all your hard work creating this list. It’s going to make my next Trader Joe’s shopping trip so much easier ?

    1. Hi Diane, I’m sorry I don’t have a list of green pt. foods. However, you can take this list and scan the food in the store to see the points for the green plan.

I created this list before there were three different plans.
