Hi! It’s Joanna from Everyday Made Fresh, and I have a quick perfect little treat, that you can make using those Easter goodies, Cadbury Mini Egg Cookie Dough Dip! One of our family favorites from the Easter basket is the Cadbury Mini Eggs. They have the perfect candy-coated shell, and inside is this creamy chocolate that is very similar to the chocolate on the outside of the traditional Cadbury Egg. De-lic-ous! If you love those, you’ll love this dip.
What I really love the best about this Cadbury Mini Egg Cookie Dough Dip is that you can make it in less than 5 minutes if you already have your butter and cream cheese at room temperature. Or you can use my trick, and zap the butter in the microwave for 10 seconds, and while you’re gathering the rest of your ingredients, pop that cold cream cheese in the stand mixer, and let it get creamy. I am one of those that want to make something right now and never have the time, or the want to wait, so I’ve made almost every recipe that calls for room temp butter and/or cream cheese this way. It has worked every time that I have used it. Do you have any tips or tricks that can help speed up prep or bake time?
Anyway, this dip, as I was saying can be made in less than 5 minutes! We dip animal cookies and graham crackers in this, but I bet it would be would be delicious with vanilla wafers.
CADBURY MINI EGG COOKIE DOUGH DIP
1 – 10oz bag of Cadbury Mini Eggs
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 stick of butter, room temperature
8oz cream cheese, room temperature
Place all ingredients into a stand mixer and mix until well combined. Dip animal cookies or graham crackers to enjoy!
