Nutella Haystacks Cookies

Do you love Nutella? You’re going to love these no-bake Nutella Haystacks Cookies! I have to admit I had never tried Nutella until I decided to try to incorporate it into this recipe.

My daughter kept telling me how amazing it tasted…she was right! This year I made these Fall Haystack Cookies and these White Chocolate Valentine Haystack Cookies – so cute for seasonal celebrations or for the family.

So, how could I go wrong with Nutella? You’ll just have to try them…and they’re no-bake!

2. Add chow mein noodles and stir to combine fully.

3. Drop a tablespoon of the chocolate mixture on a sheet of wax paper or foil. Sprinkle with heart sprinkles. Let sit for a few hours until the chocolate hardens. Makes about 15 to 20 haystacks. I made them in small batches – about five at a time sprinkled them with chopped hazelnuts then made more. That way the nuts stick to the chocolate before hardening.

Store in a sealed container layering with wax paper!

Enjoy!
