Nutella Haystacks Cookies
Do you love Nutella? You’re going to love these no-bake Nutella Haystacks Cookies! I have to admit I had never tried Nutella until I decided to try to incorporate it into this recipe.
My daughter kept telling me how amazing it tasted…she was right! This year I made these Fall Haystack Cookies and these White Chocolate Valentine Haystack Cookies – so cute for seasonal celebrations or for the family.
So, how could I go wrong with Nutella? You’ll just have to try them…and they’re no-bake!
INGREDIENTS:
Bag Chocolate Chips (milk chocolate, semi-sweet or dark) I used milk chocolate chips
Nutella
Chow mein noodles
Chopped Hazel Nuts
DIRECTIONS:
1. In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the chocolate chips on the stove. Remove from heat. Stir in Nutella until well blended.
2. Add chow mein noodles and stir to combine fully.
3. Drop a tablespoon of the chocolate mixture on a sheet of wax paper or foil. Sprinkle with heart sprinkles. Let sit for a few hours until the chocolate hardens.
Makes about 15 to 20 haystacks. I made them in small batches – about five at a time sprinkled them with chopped hazelnuts then made more. That way the nuts stick to the chocolate before hardening.
Store in a sealed container layering with wax paper!
Enjoy!

These look soooo good. I love the idea of sprinkling on the hazelnuts. I’m going to keep this in mind for the next time I need treats.

I need one now! Yummy!
Me too, Lisa!
So simple and yet so delicious! Looks great!
They are so simple yet addicting!
These look so good! Is the bag of chocolate chips a 6-oz., or a 12-oz. bag?
It was an 11oz. or 12oz. bag of chocolate chips. I will correct the recipe to include the bag size. They are very good!
