What’s In Cranberry Jello Shots

There are just a handful of simple ingredients in the cute cranberry jello shots. Here’s what you’ll need when you make them:

  • Cranberry Jello: This is what makes them taste like cranberry jello shots.
  • Vodka: For the best taste, use unflavored vodka. Sweetened vodka might taste ok too, but watch out for competing flavors.
  • Cranberries: This is for the garnish. Sugared cranberries will look like they are dusted with frost or snow.

How Long To Store Jello Shots

I love making jello shots ahead of time. Then, I have more time to prepare for the party.

If you want to make these jello shots ahead of time, store them in the refrigerator for up to two days. Store them ungarnished. Garnish them right before the party.

Cover the cranberry jello shots with plastic wrap or aluminum foil to keep the air off of them. This will help them taste fresh the day you serve them and prevent them from drying out.

That means they will basically be little cups of cranberry jello. If you want to make them a little extra fun, replace the vodka with club soda or sparkling water. It will give them a little fun pizazz!
