At the beginning of every year, we make resolutions to change something about ourselves or situations within our lives. It always sounds good and we really try to stay motivated, but it can be so hard. I know I need a little reminder and thought maybe you do too. That’s why I created this I Love Me Quote Free Printable! A daily reminder to take care of ourselves. Even if it is something small like taking a walk, making a detox drink or smoothie…something that is good for us!
And maybe we just want to improve our everyday life.
We promise ourselves we are going to work out, eat healthier tackle things we have been putting off. By the end of January life gets in the way and we are distracted. Those very things we wanted to accomplish go by the wayside! We need to be reminded to say “I LOVE ME!”
