What is Popping Boba?
Popping boba are small jelly balls typically made from tapioca flour. They are often referred to as “bubble tea pearls” or “boba pearls.” When cooked, the tapioca flour forms a gel-like substance that can be easily chewed.
These balls can be round or oval in shape and range in size from about 3-10 mm.
