Inside, it has both creamed corn and whole corn kernels, all mixed together with sour cream, cream cheese, and cheddar cheese.
It is a cheese-lovers dream.
And no, this is definitely not low-carb.
Here is what you will need from the store before you make it
- whole kernel corn, drained
- creamed corn
- of sour cream
- melted butter
- cheddar cheese
- Jiffy Corn Muffin mix

Easy Corn Casserole Jiffy Recipe
- 1 15 1/4oz. Can Whole Kernel Corn drained
- 1 15 1/4oz. Can Creamed Corn
- 1 Cup Sour Cream
- 1/4 Cup Butter Melted
- 1 Cup Cheddar Cheese
- 1 8 oz. Package Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
- Add the can of corn and creamed corn into a large bowl.
- Add the can of whole kernel corn and creamed corn into a large bowl.
- Add in the sour cream.
- Pour in the melted butter.
- Then add the corn muffin mix.
- Time to add the cheddar cheese.
- Mix all ingredients well.
- Add mixture to greased oven safe dish and bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
- Let stand for 5 minutes - serve and enjoy!
