They’re so simple to create and are such a refreshing and light treat. I haven’t met a person yet who’s able to have just one. (Including myself, hehe).

Easy Lemon Cake Mix Cookies
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Combine the lemon cake mix, vegetable oil, flour and eggs.
Roll the cookie dough into 2″ balls and dip into the powdered sugar, completely coating.
Place on a baking sheet 2-3″ apart.
Bake 8-10 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let cool. Enjoy these lemon cake mix cookies!

Can you use the same recipe for chocolate cake mix?
