Spider Garland Supplies:
Black Panacea Jute | Orange Paper Straws | 1″ Pom Pom | Needle and Thread
| Orange Glitter | Glue | Scissors
To make one spider: First, cut four pieces of jute 3″ long and glue them together in the center. I used a non-stick foil to glue my spiders on. Add an extra dot of glue to the center and place the pom on top. To add the glitter to the center of the spider, I used the end of a pencil eraser dipped in glue, to add the glue. Immediately dip the spider into the glitter, brushing away any extra.
While the spiders are drying (2-3 hours), cut the paper straws in half with Scissors. Sew through the belly of the spider, using the needle, to hold them in place. Then string them along alternating spiders and straws. The hairy quality of the jute makes perfect spider legs! Hope you enjoy your Spider Garland?!
