I started by freezing cranberry juice in the heart shape mold, but any flavor will do.

I am a little addicted to carbonation and I have a hard time staying away from diet sodas because of this. I have found that plain or flavored seltzer water does the trick. It has 0 calories with no sugar or sugar substitutes.

On the other hand, it is not very sweet. Sometimes I can drink the flavored seltzer by itself or I add a splash of juice. A full glass of seltzer with an ounce or two of juice makes for a very low-calorie drink…and it’s tasty!

Pop out the hearts and add your favorite flavored seltzer with a splash of juice for the kids! As the heart melts it will turn the seltzer pink, releasing the juice to flavor the drink.

For an adult version – use tonic water and a berry flavored vodka to turn this drink into a cocktail! Sounds yummy! Cheers!!
