Mini Snickerdoodle Muffins
These little Mini Snickerdoodle Muffins are quite possibly the easiest and tastiest little bite that you will ever pop in your mouth!
I can’t take all the credit for these as they are a dressed-up version that my mom used to make for us as kids. I added a few ingredients but the base recipe idea came from her.
For me it is not the cinnamon it’s the cream of tartar that gives them their flavor. I love that little bite of tang that makes them so unique.
Now I am not saying that I don’t like the cinnamon…… I just happen to really love cream of tartar. I don’t even really know what it is other than it makes baked goods tangy and turns regular milk into buttermilk.

How to Store Snickerdoodle Mini Muffins
Implementing these storage guidelines can maintain their delightful flavor and texture over time!
Allow to reach room temperature – Make sure to let the Snickerdoodle mini muffins cool down entirely before putting them away. This will avoid any condensation buildup inside the storage container. That way, you can keep them from becoming soggy.
Air-Tight Container – For best results, place the cooled muffins in a container that seals tightly. This will lock in moisture and keep the muffins from becoming dry.
Refrigeration – If you’re looking to keep your muffins fresh for a bit longer, pop them in the fridge. Just stash them in an airtight container or a resealable plastic bag. They’ll stay yummy for around a week in there.
Freezing – Wrap each muffin individually in plastic wrap or aluminum foil, then place in a freezer-safe bag or container. When ready to eat, thaw overnight in the refrigerator or at room temperature.
I know you usually have traditional things for breakfast. I think it’s time to switch things up with these easy Snickerdoodle mini muffins.
Plus, they’re easy to grab and enjoy when you’re on the move!
