Thai Meatballs Recipe
Today I bring you a fun and easy Thai Meatballs Recipe. I am sure that you are all gearing up for that big day of finger food, beer and football! I never really care which two teams play in the Super Bowl but I always love the party and the food that happens on that Sunday.
I think your guests will love this. If you are hosting the party or just bringing a dish to a friends house, this dish will deliver! Easy to transport as this is made in a Crock Pot. When I served this during the PlayOffs they disappeared by the end of the first quarter!

How To Make This Thai Meatball Recipe
In a slow cooker set to low setting.
Place frozen meatballs in the slow cooker.
Pour in all the ingredients and toss to coat all the meatballs.
Cook on low for 4 hours.
Turn to keep warm while you are serving.
Serve straight from the Slow Cooker or place on a serving platter with cute toothpicks.
Spicy and just a touch sweet, they have all the great flavors that you want in an appetizer. Hot Chili sauce and apricot jam are the stars of the dish.
Who knew that frozen meatballs could be taken to such dizzying heights of flavor and excitement. For just a few moments my hubby was actually quiet during the game with a mouth full of these meatballs.
It didn’t last long….. his team scored and then all the meatballs were eaten.
Your guests will for sure have meatball mania once they bite into these. You can change up the flavors of this very easily with what you mix in. This meatballs recipe has a great Thai flavor and I hope you enjoy it as much as we all did.
