How To Turn A Stroller Into A Costume
There are a lot of super cute baby Halloween costumes out there. If you’re trying to decide which newborn Halloween costumes will work in a stroller, browse this list!
Start out by deciding which theme or character you want. Common themes include video games, comic books, movies, and Halloween themes (like coffins).
And if you need help narrowing down a theme, check out my list of homemade costumes for babies and my other list of the cutest Halloween costumes for babies.
Once you decide on the theme, think about transportation devices in those themes or genres.
For example, if your stroller Halloween costumes are based on a movie, is there a famous car or other mode of transportation in it?
One of my favorite ideas is the theme Back To The Future and decorating the stroller to look like the Dolorean.
Another way to turn a stroller into a costume is to think of items that come in boxes, like Barbie Dolls or Cabbage Patch Kids. Then, you can box in the stroller and decorate it like your theme. It’s so easy!
One of the best things about making the stroller the main part of the costume is that you don’t have to work so hard on what your baby is wearing.
