If you have a vinyl cutting machine you can make your own Jack Skellington Charge Plate. Grab a solid black plate from your local dollar store and then just add Jacks face in white vinyl!
You will need a bag of regular Oreos (or store brand works too), white chocolate chips or baking white chocolate, and then black edible markers or frosting! Dip you Oreos in the white chocolate and allow to harden then draw the faces on.
