Homemade Christmas Cookie Exchange Invitations

I just sent out my invitations for this years Cookie Exchange. Last year I served lunch with a champagne cocktail and afterwards we did the cookie swap. I really enjoyed hosting this ladies event, so I decided to do it again this year. I found these great homemade cookie exchange invitations – I hope you are inspired to host your own swap!

I just love these invites with a cookie spatula attached. Three tags with all the information were attached with a ribbon to the spatula. The spatulas were wrapped in brown craft paper and sent through the mail. The spatulas were bought for only a $1 at a dollar store. So cute and not that hard to make. See all the details at a brooklyn limestone in progress.

See how Taylor made these cute invitations at Taylored Expressions.

This one was created by Michelle at My Paper Tales.

This one really looks like it took a lot of time, but turned out so cute. Kirsten from Confessions of a Naptime Stamper created this invitation.

Here is a great idea from Party Planning Mom – the recipe card slips into the pocket of the apron.

This is my homemade invitation from last year. I bought blank note cards and converted them into invitations. You can see how I made them here and the photos from the Cookie Exchange here.
