Create a simple Spring/Summer centerpiece for just a couple of dollars! This is perfect for any Spring event you might be having...a Bridal Shower, Mother's Day or a Ladies Lunch! Super easy and not very expensive to make. I started with a white latice sheet of scrapbook paper and a single bunch of flowers both purchased at Joann's.
