Card Shark – Casino Party Ideas
The winter months are a perfect time to host a Casino Party. Here are a couple of DIY ideas to add to your fun theme party! This project doesn’t cost more than a couple of dollars – a deck of dollar store cards and some black ribbon.
Awesome game night idea… These DIY Deck of Cards Napkin Rings are perfect for hosting any kind of card playing game night. Fun poker night theme or casino party idea! Also, a cool Alison Wonderland party idea…a simple DIY napkin ring.
Card Shark Napkin Rings
Supplies
Deck of cards
Black ribbon
Hole punch
Hot glue gun or Tacky Glue
Simply fan two cards together and glue with a little Tacky Glue or a hot glue gun. Then create two holes in the center with the hole punch a little more than an inch apart. After rolling your silverware, wrap the ribbon around the back and through the holes in the cards. Tie a bow and you are done!
These Card Drink Markers fun as well. Again, fan out the cards gluing them together. Then use your hot glue gun to attach the card to the bottom of your glasses. You will not want to use Tacky Glue for this as it is harder to remove the cards from your glassware. The hot glue will peel off. I love how you can see the cards through the bottom of the glasses.
In this last photo, you might be able to see that I place four dots of hot glue on the glass to attach the cards.
