SUPPLIES
White sugar | Blue Food Coloring | Baby Oil | Plastic Container for young children | Twine | Snowflake Printable | Scented Essential Oil | Snowflake Stickers
INGREDIENTS
2 Cups Sugar
1/3 Baby Oil
1 Drop Blue Food Coloring
A Few Drops Essential Oils – you can buy them HERE
Before mixing the sugar scrub, wash the container and let it dry.
Mix together 2 cups of sugar, 1/3 cup of baby oil and a few drops of the essential oil. Depending on the strength of the essential oil you can add more or less depending on how strong you wish the scent to be. Divide equally into two bowls adding 1 blue drop of blue food coloring to one bowl. This is optional but looks pretty layered in the container.
Depending on the height of the container you might need a long narrow soda type spoon. My spoon is actually a condiment spoon for removing the last serving in a jar! Found it at the dollar store! It worked beautifully to spoon in my sugar and tap it in place.
So do just that…spoon in each color, tapping it down until full! So cute…right?!
A plastic container is a must to use around the tub for young children. Plastic containers might look more like a moisturizer tub with a wide top than my taller version.
So, I am really excited to give you a FREE Printable Snowflake Tag {below} to add to your Frozen Sugar Scrub! Print out the tags cut out with scissors and use a hole punch to make a hole in the tag. Wrap twine or ribbon around the container and through the tag tying in a bow. Frozen princesses will delight!
