Easy Painted Burlap Sign

MyLove2Create, Easy Painted Burlap Sign

Hello it's Mindi again from MyLove2Create, today I am sharing an Easy Painted Burlap Sign. So...I have been staring at a blank wall in my kitchen for quite a while.  It needed something.  I have always loved the EAT signs you see all over the internet...but I decided to go with a different word, one that is equally important in a kitchen... My kids think I am weird, but for some reason they can't stop saying "food" when they walk into the kitchen.  Hmmm, I wonder why? It all started with this pine board, which I got for $1 at the Restore a couple years back.  It only had Read More...

First up was to use some steel wool and rub it down good to remove old rust and smooth it out.  I taped the handle Read More...

I promptly took them to the shed and set to work.  I have TONS of scraps left over from my Master Closet Read More...

Beaded Spring Wreath

Beaded Spring Wreath

Hi Friends, Mindi here, from MyLove2Create.  I am happy to be back at Oh My! Creative.  I don't know about you, but I am SO ready for spring....it just isn't coming fast enough! I decided to make a Beaded Spring Wreath to brighten my spirits, since it was snowy and cold this morning.  Do you think subliminal messages work with the weather?  "Think green, think Spring!!" Even if the weather isn't going to listen, at least I have a fun wreath now!  Let me show you how to make one, it is pretty simple. I started with this wreath I had in my craft stash.  I needed it Read More...
