Guacamole Deviled Eggs

Ingredients:

★ eggs ★ avocado ★ onion ★ cherry tomatoes ★ lime juice ★ cumin ★ paprika ★ salt & pepper

Hard boil eggs. Place in a water bath to cool.

Peel eggs & slice in half. Scoop yolks into a bowl.

Add avocado & mash until smooth. Stir in diced onions & tomatoes.

Mix in lime juice, salt & pepper. Pipe or spoon into  egg white halves. Sprinkle with cumin & paprika.

★ add a drizzle of sour cream on top
