Guacamole Deviled Eggs: A Delicious Avocado Deviled Eggs Recipe

Who else just loves deviled eggs? To me, they are the perfect appetizer or snack. They are naturally bite-sized. You don’t really need utensils, they are wonderful finger food.

Ingredients – 1avocado about 1 1/3 cups – 7hard-boiled eggs – 1/4 cup onion diced small – diced small 6 cherry tomatoes – 1 tsp lime juice – 1/2 tsp salt – 1/2 tsp pepper – 2 tsp cumin – 2 tsp paprika

These avocado deviled eggs taste gourmet! They are Keto-friendly, l0w-carb, and incredibly full of slightly-spicy flavor. 

Instructions

Cut hard boiled eggs in half and remove yolks to a small bowl. Place white onto a tray or large plate.

 Add avocado to the egg yokes and mash mixing well the back of a spoon. Add in tomatoes and onions. Mix well.

– Add in lime juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well. Add mixture to a piping bag and pipe into the centers of the egg whites. – Top with paprika and cumin.

Serve them with a veggie tray and your favorite dip. They are perfect for summertime cookouts, game-day snacks, or just because you want to snack on something yummy.
