Lemon Blueberry Crumb Cake

Mix wet cake ingredients in a mixer. Separately, whisk dry ingredients. Combine until smooth.
Mix cream cheese filling. Pour 2/3 of cake batter in a cake pan, then spread filling on top.
Sprinkle with blueberries. Pour rest of cake batter on top.
In a bowl, mix crumb topping ingredients. Sprinkle over cake batter.
Bake in oven for 75 minutes at 350 degrees F. Let cool and slice.
