This is an adorable Double Scoops Ice Cream Party created by See Jane Blog for her twin girls birthday. Love the fun ice cream cone poms hanging from the ceiling and the toppings buffet! I like her idea of scooping ice cream into balls, freezing on cookie sheet then put in bowl when ready to serve.
