No Sew Window Treatment
This is about as simple at it can get for a no sew window treatment! I made these for my sons bedroom a few years ago. As you can see I am not afraid of color, as two of the walls in his room are bright orange! A pop of color is always good! You’re probably thinking…why the fish napkin rings? My room inspiration came from a set of orange and blue fish sheets from Target, that I just love. See the last photo for additional room accents and you will understand – it all works!
This window treatment is simply made from Pillow Covers and Napkin Rings from Pottery Barn! The pillow covers need to be square to get the perfect triangle look. All you have to do is fold them on the diagonal over your rod! Pretty simple…yes! I love them. Here’s what you need…
SUPPLIES
Square Pillow Covers
Napkin Rings
Drapery Rod that finial can be removed (this is so your napkin rings can be placed on the rod)
The hardest part of creating this is installing the drapery rod! Take the rod finials off and slide the napkin ring onto the rod. You will want to place the center napkin ring on first, then place your panels (just fold on the diagonal), and slide on the two end napkin rings. Tuck corners under the rings to secure in place and replace finials. That’s it – so easy!
I also placed a cover on the pillow for this recovered baby rocker.
