Mash together the cream cheese. Make the lower ball bigger than the top ball. Do this by adding cream cheese to a piece of plastic wrap and then mash together and roll. Do this for both balls.

Open plastic wrap and drizzle some parmesan then roll and press lightly till the parmesan is coated around each ball.

Place a toothpick or small skewer pick into the bottom ball and then place the top ball on the other half of the pick.

Add the end of a carrot for the nose and peppercorns for eyes. Use the rosemary for the arms.

Keep in fridge until ready to serve.
