Servings: 1
- 2 small rounds of brie cheese
- 1 cup black currants
- 1 ½ cups large garden blackberries
- 4 - 5 slices of hard cheese
- 13 ! ghost crackers
- 3 1/2 ounces’ salami
- 1/3 cup cherries
- 4 oz. prosciutto
- 4 - 5 cocktail tomatoes
- Mint for garnish.
To decorate the cheese ghosts, you will need a cookie star cutter and a cocktail straw. Cut out the body of the ghost from a slice of cheese. Use the cocktail pipe to make two holes for the eyes and two holes next to each other for the mouth
Place 2 circles of brie cheese on the board. With Jack, draw two triangular eyes, 2 dots - nose and a scarred mouth. Sally will take a little more work. Draw oval eyes with eyelashes, nose, mouth and scar. Place a pitted cherry in the center of the mouth.
Transfer the centerpieces to a tray lined with a paper napkin. For Sally's red hair, use cocktail tomatoes and salami folded in quarters. Combine the salami slices in pairs and arrange in curls. In the left corner, arrange the prosciutto slices rolled up in a roll.
Sprinkle blackberries generously around the centerpieces.
Add “blood”- cherries and cheese and cracker ghosts. Decorate the board with mint.
