3/4cupof fresh washed raspberriesmashed (a few raspberries left whole for topping)
1Kiwi - peeled and sliced
1/4cupChia seeds
1/2cupof MilkAlmond milk may also be used
3TablespoonsVanilla yogurtPlus 3 more Tablespoons for mixing with kiwi
2Tablespoonsof organic honey
Instructions
Mix the Chia seeds with 1/2 cup of Milk, 3 Tablespoons of Yogurt, and 1 Tablespoon of honey, and fill about 1/3 of the container, and place in refrigerator to set. (Overnight for best results)
Chop the Kiwi into small pieces and mix Kiwi, 3 Tablespoons of vanilla yogurt, and 1 Tablespoon of honey until blended. Mix in the mashed raspberries and pour on top of the Chia pudding, top with a few whole raspberries, Enjoy!
