Toast the bread and cut it out with a small biscuit cutter.

In a medium bowl, mix together garlic, cream cheese, and dill weed. Put into a piping bag with an open star tip.

Pipe onto 8 round pieces of bread and then place another on top.

Long cut a cucumber into long slices. Fold onto a star bamboo skewer smaller at the top and bigger at the bottom. Place skewer into the sandwiches.

Serve immediately.
