Mix both the cream cheese and the Boursin cheese in a bowl. Mix well and then turn out onto a piece of plastic wrap on a cutting board. Wrap the cheese.
Now shape the cheese into a tree shape. Place on a plate and remove plastic wrap.
Place olives into the cheese in different areas all around. Trim the rosemary into a small piece and place it in between the olives. Place a star bamboo skewer into the top.
Place in the fridge until ready to serve. When serving, serve with crackers, pretzels, or baguette bread. You may also serve it with a cheese knife for spreading.
