Ribs: Heat oven to 285 degreesSeason both sides of the ribs with a generous amount of spice rub of your choosing. Place the ribs, meat-side up, into a large foil lined rimmed baking sheet.Bake for 2 1⁄2 to 3 1⁄2 hours, or until the rib meat falls easily o the bones.Cover in foil and set to the side
Chicken:Heat the oven to 375 degrees.Season the chicken with salt and pepper.Place the chicken in a foil lined baking dish, coat with a non stick baking spray. Brush the chicken with the BBQ sauce.Bake for 30 minutes.Flip the chicken and brush the other side of the chicken with BBQ sauce. Bake for another 15 minutes.Cover in foil and set to the side.
Sausage:Spray your large saute pan with non- stick cooking spray.Place the sausage in the saute pan and cook over medium heat.Cook for 10 minutes, flipping often.After cooking, place the sausage in a medium sized bowl, add your BBQ sauce and toss to combine. Cover in foil and set to the side.
Other meats: Heat the chicken, pork and brisket as directed on the containers. Set to the side.
Green Beans: In a small saucepan add your greens beans, diced onions, bacon bits. Cook over medium heat until hot.Reduce to low heat to keep warm
Corn: In a small saucepan add your can of roasted corn and cook over medium heat. Heat until hot.Reduce to low heat to keep warm
Macaroni and cheese: Cook as directed Cover to keep warm.
Rolls:Heat as directed
Putting it all together: Fill 3 large ramekins of small bowls with the corn, green beans, and mac and cheese. Place the lled bowls on the board.Fill a small ramekin with BBQ sauce and place it on the board.Now place the ribs, BBQ chicken and other eats on the board.Add the remaining items to the board to ll in the open spaces.Garnish with parsley and serve.
