Pineapple Coconut Mojito

Equipment

  • 1 Cocktail Glass

Ingredients

  • 8 fresh Mint Leaves stem removed
  • 1 Lime Wedge
  • 1 ounce Lime Juice
  • 2 ounces White Rum
  • 4 ounces Pineapple Coconut Juice

Instructions

  • Place mint leaves and lime wedge into glass.
  • Use a muddler (or bottom of a wooden spoon) to crush the mint and lime. Fill the glass almost to the top with ice.
  • Pour the lime juice and rum over the ice.
  • Top it off with pineapple coconut juice.
  • Gently stir.
  • Garnish with lime, pineapple, and mint.
