Layered Sun-Dried Tomato and Artichoke Spread

This Layered Sun-Dried Tomato and Artichoke Spread Appetizer is one of my favorite go-to appetizers. It is easy to make, tasty and perfect for any occasion!

What You'll Need:

Cream cheese well chilled Sun-dried tomatoes in oil  Artichoke hearts  Pesto Mixed nuts chopped Fresh parsley fresh chopped

Instructions

Cut cream cheese horizontally into 3 slices using unflavored dental floss.  Place 1 slice on a large sheet of plastic wrap: top with sundried tomatoes and place the second slice of cream cheese on top.

Combine artichokes and pesto; spoon over second cream cheese layer. Place the remaining cream cheese slice on top of the artichoke mixture. Wrap with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour or more.
