Dole Whip Recipe
This healthy dole whip recipe only has 2 ingredients and is packed with vitamins.

- 16 ounces frozen pineapple
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
Place the entire bag of frozen pineapple in the blender.
Blend on high in 30-second intervals until no large chunks of pineapple are left.
Add 1 cup of almond milk and blend on high until creamy and smooth, about 3-5 minutes.
