In a medium saucepan add your water and bring to a boil.
Remove from the heat and add the jello mixes.
Whisk to combine until the Jello is dissolved.
Set to the side for 2-3 minutes to cool.
Add the liquors, syrup, and sweet and sour to the Jello mix.
Whisk until combined.
Pour into 2 oz condiment cups all of the way full.
Refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
