Servings: 11 shots
- 1 Box Lemon Jello 3 oz
- ⅔ Cup Boiling Water
- ⅔ Cup Vodka
- ¼ Cup Lemon Juice
- Whipped Cream optional garnish
- Lemon Wedges optional garnishes
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the jello and boiling water. Mix until the jello has full dissolved.
Add the vodka and lemon juice. Stir.
Fill the shot cups about ⅔ of the way full.
Place in the fridge for 2 hours or until set.
Top with a dollop of whipped cream and a lemon wedge, if desired. Enjoy!
- Do not garnish until you’re ready to serve. Do not store after garnishing. To store, cover the shots with their lids and keep them in the fridge for up to 4 days. Do not freeze.
- You can use lemon vodka, if you prefer, but there is no difference in flavor, so it doesn’t matter one way or the other.
- I use a frosting tip and frosting bag to place the whipped cream, for a prettier presentation.
