Divide the vanilla frosting into two bowls.

To one bowl, add a generous amount of red gel food coloring, and mix to combine.

Take two piping bags. Add the plain vanilla frosting to one, and the red frosting to another. Snip off the very tip of the piping bags.

To assemble the turkey oreos, wedge 5 candy corn into the top of each cookie.

Add a dot of frosting for each eye and the butterscotch chip beak.

Press two eyes and a butterscotch chip into the frosting dots.

Use the red frosting to create the turkey's gobbler.
