I arrange purple tortilla chips across the top of my tray like wild, messy hair. I love breaking some chips to make them look more jagged and authentically Frankenstein-esque!

I spread the guacamole into an oval head shape using the back of a spoon. This part is so forgiving because monsters are supposed to look imperfect anyway!

I dollop two spoonfuls of sour cream where the eyes should go. I like making them slightly uneven because it adds more spooky character!

I place black olive slices in the sour cream for eyeballs, then use more olives for the mouth. I add a single olive slice as the nose and scatter tiny olive pieces as stitches. Olive halves on the sides become the ears, and my monster is complete!
