Grape Jello Shots

Equipment

  • 11 2-Ounce Jello Shot Cups with Lids

Ingredients

  • 1 Box Grape Jello 3 oz
  • Cup Boiling Water
  • ½ Cup Cold Water
  • ½ Cup Grape Vodka
  • Whipped Cream optional
  • Grape Jolly Rancher Gummies optional

Instructions

  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine the grape jello and boiling water.
  • Stir until the jello fully dissolves.Add the vodka and cold water. Give a quick stir.
  • Fill the shot cups about ⅔ of the way full and chill in the fridge for 2 hours or until set.
  • Garnish with a dollop of whipped cream and a grape Jolly Rancher gummy, if desired, and enjoy!

Notes

  • Do not store if garnished. Only garnish when serving. To store, cover with the lids and place in the fridge for up to 4 days. Do not freeze.
  • I just use a frosting bag and tip to add the whipped cream, if a pretty presentation matters. 
  • I could only find the grape candy in a bag with other flavors, but there were plenty for more than one batch of these shots.
