- 1/4 cup blackberries and raspberries
- 1 oz light rum
- 1 oz simple syrup
- 1 oz lime juice fresh
- 4 oz club soda
- 5 mint leaves more for garnish
- ice
Muddle berries and mint in the bottom of a glass.
Stir in lime juice, simple syrup and rum.
Top with ice and club soda (sparkling water) and serve immediately.
Garnish with a few more berries and a sprig of mint, and enjoy!
