- 1-2 cups corned beef Cut into cubes about 1/2"
- 1/2 a cooked cabbage diced
- 1 package Frozen Southern Style Hash Browns {Plain}
- 1-2 tbs olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste

How To Cook Corn Beef
If you are not using leftover corned beef place your raw corned beef roast and cabbage cut into quarters in a slow cooker.
