Ingredients

  • 2 oz Light Rum
  • 1 oz Simple Syrup
  • 5 oz Club Soda
  • 1/4 cup Blueberries
  • 1/4 cup Raspberries
  • 1 oz Lime Juice Fresh

Instructions

  • In a glass muddle together the raspberries and mint.
  • Top the raspberry mixture in the glass with ice.
  • Add the rum, lime juice and simple syrup to the glass.
  • Top with club soda.
  • Add fresh blueberries on top of the cocktail.
  • Use a star cookie cutter to create a watermelon star garnish and mint.
