- 2 oz Light Rum
- 1 oz Simple Syrup
- 5 oz Club Soda
- 1/4 cup Blueberries
- 1/4 cup Raspberries
- 1 oz Lime Juice Fresh
In a glass muddle together the raspberries and mint.
Top the raspberry mixture in the glass with ice.
Add the rum, lime juice and simple syrup to the glass.
Top with club soda.
Add fresh blueberries on top of the cocktail.
Use a star cookie cutter to create a watermelon star garnish and mint.
